- Principles of First Aid and emergency response
- Preparation and management of first aid kits
- Victim assessment and primary survey techniques
- High-altitude illnesses: Acute Mountain Sickness (AMS), High Altitude Pulmonary Edema (HAPE), and High Altitude Cerebral Edema (HACE)
- Cold-related conditions: Hypothermia, frostbite, and snow blindness
- Management of wounds, bleeding, and fractures
- Care of unconscious casualties
- Use of Portable Altitude Chamber (PAC) bag and oxygen systems
